Google Ads Management

Google Ads management: weekly account work, every change approved by a PPC specialist, a report every month.

Every week our AI advertising agent analyzes your Google Ads account and prepares the changes, and our PPC specialist checks each one and puts it live. You get the work of a specialist and an agent for one fixed fee, without hiring, training or supervising anyone. We have run digital marketing for businesses since 2012. Once a month you get a report — spend, qualified leads, sales and cost per sale — built from your own conversion data.

We optimize for ROAS, not clicks

Analytics can follow a visitor from the first click to the purchase and on to their next purchase, but only when conversion tracking is set up end to end, and in most accounts it isn't. So we set it up first, connect it to your sales, and use it to maximize ROAS: revenue per dollar of ad spend.

Path from ad spend to repeat purchases: most agencies stop at clicks; we track orders, payment, returns, revenue and repeat purchases

Take a hypothetical business with three ad channels and walk them along this path. Judge the channels at different steps and you get different winners:

  • by the cheapest impression (CPM), channel 1 looks best;
  • by the cheapest click (CPC), channel 2 wins — and most agencies stop here, because past the click they would have to answer for how the site converts;
  • by the cheapest order (CPA), the metric lead-generation and pay-per-result offers are sold on, it is still channel 2;
  • once payments, returns and repeat purchases are counted, channel 3 brings the most revenue per dollar.

The metric you optimize for decides which channel wins.

In most accounts a small share of campaigns and keywords brings most of the sales. We find that share and move the budget towards it.

We measure ROAS by campaign and ad, and by keyword where there is enough data, using revenue from your orders and your CRM.

Selling again to the customers you have

You already paid once to win a customer, and selling to them again usually costs less than finding a new one. So we count repeat purchases (lifetime value), not only the first order.

Ad types by audience temperature: YouTube and Display for reach, Search and Shopping for demand, remarketing and Customer Match for existing customers

Ad types sit on one axis, from broad reach to a person who already knows you. YouTube and Display reach many people cheaply but cold; remarketing to past visitors and buyers reaches few, and they are the warmest. In Google Ads we work along the whole axis: YouTube and Display for reach, Search and Shopping for demand, and remarketing and Customer Match lists (built from your customer base where Google's policies allow it) for people who already know you. We agree at the start which of these your business needs.

What Google Ads management includes

Weekly work by the agent, decisions by our PPC specialist, a report every month

See what people actually searched

Every week we read the search terms report. Searches that bring the wrong visitors become negative keywords. Keywords that bring the right visitors but don't pay off get lower bids or are paused. And we stop your ad groups from competing for the same searches.

Campaigns and ads built for your offer

Search campaigns with responsive search ads (up to 15 headlines and 4 descriptions that Google combines), sitelinks and callouts. Display and YouTube remarketing once you have an audience.

Google Shopping from a feed that works

Shopping and Performance Max run from your Merchant Center feed. We check it for disapproved products and missing attributes, and fix titles, product types and attributes so products match what people search for.

Every change approved before it goes live

Changes to keywords, negatives, bids, budgets and ads go into a written plan. Our PPC specialist approves the plan and applies it in Google Ads. Every change is logged.

Ad spend tied to sales

UTM tags on every campaign and call tracking where calls matter. Leads go into your CRM, and deal status and revenue come back into Google Ads as offline conversions. Costs from other ad networks are imported into Google Analytics, so every channel sits in one report.

A report every month

Spend by goal, cost per qualified lead and per sale, revenue and ROAS by campaign (and by keyword where there is enough data), search terms cut, changes made, and the plan for next month.

Protection from click fraud

Google filters invalid clicks out of your reports and your bill, and credits you when it finds them after you have been charged. On top of that, in the weekly review our PPC specialist looks for placements, locations and hours that bring clicks and never leads, and excludes them. When clicks look suspicious, we send the data to Google support.

Smart Bidding or manual control

Google's automated bidding works well once an account gets conversions steadily. A good PPC specialist turns it on there, bidding for conversions or for conversion value, and that frees their time for the work that needs judgment. In a new account, or one with few conversions, manual bids give more control.

One platform rule shapes the plan: Google can spend up to twice your average daily budget on a busy day, and no more than 30.4 times it in a month. So we plan spend by the month, not the day. Once your CRM passes revenue back, bidding can aim at ROAS.

How we start

  1. 1

    Consultation and a first look

    30–60 min, free

Your offer, your margins and the cost per lead you can afford (margin per deal × lead-to-sale rate), and we go through the account. We also ask whose account it is and whose business it serves.

  2. 2

    Full account audit

    1 week

Structure, real search terms, locations, placements, conversion tracking and the Merchant Center feed. You get a written list of where the budget leaks. No work starts without an audit — it is part of onboarding.

  3. 3

    Setup

    1–2 weeks

Conversion actions and UTM tags, CRM statuses, negatives, ad groups, ads, feed fixes. You approve the plan, and the first changes go live after your OK.

  4. 4

    The weekly cycle

    every week

Search terms, negatives, placements, bids and adjustments, ads, feed status, conversions and budget. Our PPC specialist approves each change, and you get a report every month. Early on, new ads and products go through Google's review, and automated bidding needs a learning period.

Proven in practice

Our own ad account runs on the same process

The agent works the same weekly cycle on our advertising: it prepares a change plan, a specialist approves and applies it, and the month closes with a report. It is a small Yandex Direct account, launched in April 2026. At the consultation we show you the change plans and reports.

Frequently asked questions

Who is this service for?

Businesses that sell through Google Ads, or want to, such as online stores with a Merchant Center feed and companies that get leads from search.

Which Google products do you manage?

Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max with your Merchant Center feed, and Display and YouTube remarketing. We agree the set with you at the start. For SEO, ads and social media together, see the AI Marketing Team.

What do you need from us?

Access to your Google Ads account (it stays yours, and you can remove our access at any time), Google Analytics, Merchant Center if you sell products, your CRM statuses or call tracking if you have them, and your margins.

When will we see results?

The audit week shows where the budget leaks. Then comes a learning period. New ads and products pass Google's review, and automated bidding needs time and conversions to learn.

How much does it cost, and what's included?

From $4,250 a month, fixed, plus $6,000 one-time onboarding that covers the audit and setup. $4,250 is our minimum price; the scope is agreed with each client and depends on the number of campaigns. You pay Google for the ads directly. For a comparison with hiring a specialist, see AI workers.

Why not hire a single freelancer?

A freelancer can be very good. What one person running many accounts struggles to keep up is a weekly routine on every account and a second pair of eyes on every change. Here the agent keeps the routine and the specialist checks each change, and both leave a written record, so the work doesn't stop when one person is away.

What do I see every month?

A report on spend by goal, cost per qualified lead and per sale, revenue and ROAS by campaign, search terms cut, changes made and next month's plan. We go through it with you.

How do I cancel?

With one month's notice. The account and all its data stay yours.

Who is my contact, and who is responsible for the account?

A PPC specialist from our team, assigned to your account. They run the agent each week, apply every change and send you the report. How the agent itself is controlled is described on the AI Advertising Agent page.

Price

One-time onboarding: $6,000 (audit and setup). $4,250 is our minimum price; the scope is agreed with you and depends on the number of campaigns. Ad spend is paid to Google directly.
