AI SMM Agent
The AI SMM Agent does three jobs in one retainer: it repurposes every published article across LinkedIn and X on a 7-day cycle; it reacts daily to industry news on X with an expert POV under your daily approval; and it cross-links both streams so every article gets extra distribution windows beyond its first week. Built on the methodology we use to amplify our own content.
Status: in active development — methodology proven over 15 years of agency work; AI agent build accepting first external cohort.
What the Agent Does
The AI SMM Agent runs three jobs in one retainer, treating content distribution as an ongoing operations function rather than a one-off campaign.
Job 1 — Article repurposing: the agent works from published articles as input (handoff from your content pipeline). It does not generate posts from scratch. Default coverage: LinkedIn and X. Each article becomes a channel-native pack within 7 days of landing.
Job 2 — Daily news reaction: each morning the agent scans a per-client source list (RSS feeds, a Perplexity-style aggregator) and drafts 1–3 short posts for X with an expert POV. Every post passes a human-approval gate before publishing. Nothing is autonomous.
Job 3 — Cross-distribution: when a news beat intersects with one of your published articles, the agent links the news post back to the article and re-opens its distribution window. Each article gets several waves of attention, not one.
All three included in one retainer. Per-channel performance tracking feeds into the next month's content plan. Primary metric: UTM-attributed clicks per channel.
What You Get
Article Repurposing on a 7-Day Cycle
We turn every published article into a multi-channel pack (LinkedIn and X) within 7 days of it landing. The cadence that SMM managers struggle to sustain at quality across multiple articles becomes the baseline.
Daily News Reaction
We scan your industry sources every morning and draft 1–3 short posts for X with an expert POV; you approve daily before publish. Nothing autonomous. Your channels stay in the live information stream without burning out an SMM manager on daily news-surfing.
Cross-Distribution Between Streams
When a news beat intersects with your published article, we link the news post back to the article and re-open its distribution window. Each article gets several waves of attention, not one; the bundle is worth more than the sum of the jobs.
Channel-Native Adaptation
LinkedIn hooks and X threads each follow different rules. We adapt voice and structure per channel, never copy-pasted across platforms. Each channel gets a format its audience actually reads.
Expert in the Loop
Complex editorial calls, channel-escalation decisions, and daily news-batch approvals go to an SMM specialist — Ksentra-side by default as part of your retainer. Optionally, we train your own team over time. Nothing disappears silently; every exception gets reviewed before acting.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an AI SMM Agent or an AI SEO Agent?
Different pipeline slots. The AI SEO Agent builds organic reach over months — content production, keyword targeting, internal linking. The AI SMM Agent closes two loops: articles on a 7-day repurposing cycle, and industry news every day on X. Most businesses need both: the SEO Agent fills the pipeline, the SMM Agent amplifies each piece before it fades and keeps your channels active between article publishes. Want both coordinated against shared OKRs? See AI Marketing Team.
What do you need from us to start?
At minimum: at least one published article per month (we work from published content, not blanks) and existing channel accounts (LinkedIn page and X account), or a willingness to create them in step ②. For brand voice, we need 3–5 sample posts you consider on-brand; if none exist, we calibrate from your website copy. UTM convention: we set up ours if you don't have one. Setup takes one week.
How quickly do I see the first post pack live?
Within 7 days of the first article landing under our care — so 1–2 weeks from kickoff depending on when your next article publishes. Weekly article cadence starts immediately after. The daily news-reaction loop (Job 2) starts the morning after channel and source calibration completes, usually day 8 of engagement.
What is "daily news reaction" and who controls it?
Each business day the agent scans the industry sources we agreed on during onboarding — typically 3–5 RSS feeds plus an aggregator like Perplexity — and drafts 1–3 short posts for X with an expert POV. You receive the batch each morning. Only what you approve gets published. Nothing autonomous. This keeps your channels in the live information stream without burning out an SMM manager on daily news-surfing. (Human-in-the-loop by design, applied to news as well as articles.)
You say "in active development" — what does that mean for me?
The content-distribution work itself is proven over 15 years of Ksentra agency operations. The AI agent layer — operating the full workflow autonomously rather than through a human SMM manager — is in active development. First-cohort clients get direct access to the founder and Ksen (our AI system), full transparency on methodology changes, and input into what gets built first. Who handles edge cases the agent can't resolve?
An SMM specialist handles anything the agent flags — posts requiring brand-voice judgment, channel-escalation decisions, community-management situations needing human response, and the daily news-batch approval (a built-in human gate on Job 2). Default is a Ksentra-side specialist included in your retainer. Optionally, we train your own SMM lead over time. Nothing is published or actioned without human review.
Which channels do you operate on, and do we own the accounts?
Default Tier 1: LinkedIn and X. Instagram and Facebook are possible per case-by-case scope but not standard. Note on the news-reaction loop: Job 2 runs only on X — LinkedIn is the wrong format for short daily news takes, so it stays article-driven (Job 1 only). Account ownership: your channel accounts are yours, we operate them on your behalf, you retain full access and can walk away with the accounts intact. No vendor lock-in.
